Worse library ever. It is loud with screaming kids, people answering their phone, the employees are also loud. One female employee phoned a customer and I could hear her all the way in the back reprimanding a customer for having late books. The couple beside me couldn't believe either. She had such an attitude I would have fired her on the spot.Since when do you have a play centre for kids in a library. I have no idea how they can call themselves a library.
Very helpful staff, great literature selection - you can even browse and request books from the Fort Erie & Stevensville locations. PLENTY of computers set up & available for public use; Free WiFi and access to colour or B&W printing, photocopies, scanning & faxing services for a small fee. Also - every month the library has an Events Schedule which has some fabulous hidden gems/things for children of all age ranges to participate in - ranging in price from free to no more than $7-$10/child.
Workers are very rude, scream at kids, and take long to assist.
