WARNING WARNING WATCH AND LOOK OVER YOUR RECIPTS FOR OVERCHARGING ABSALUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL PHONED EXPLAINED I WAS OVERCHARGED 20$ AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE SORRY COME IN AND WE WILL CLEER IT UP AND WHEN WE WENT IN WERE TREATED WITH ABSALUTE DISRESPECT AND WAS NOT OFFERED WHAT WAS TOLD BY MANAGER ON PHONE AND WAS BASICLY TOLD TO EAT IT OK WELL HERE IS EATING IT IM CONTACTING YOUR DISTRECT MANAGER TO GO OVER EXACTLY WHAT WAS JUST DONE
Shelves are barely stocked. Bakery department over cooks the products. The first part was posted 7 months ago. Update, Nothing has improved. Things have only gotten worse there. Empty boxes on shelves, the store is not keeping up with restocking. Employees are becoming rude. Will start shopping at the Niagara Falls or Welland location. Come on Walmart!!!! You can do better than this!!!
I'm not impressed with the Fort Erie Wallmart this evening at about 9:30 p.m. All of the cashiers were closed forcing people to use self check out! EVEN AN ELDERLY COUPLE TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT! THEY'VE PAID THEIR DUES IN LIFE NOW THIS???? Finally a nice cashier opened 1 register to check a few of us out! Come On Really Fort Erie????
It's a smaller Walmart but well stocked and easy to get to. The staff were really helpful and friendly, we went on a holiday weekend and they were happy to point us in the right direction for everything we needed.
First time visiting this store- very impressed except that the shelves were a bit bare. There was only one item left on the shelf that I needed which was expired and not many employees available in the aisles. However I like the layout, almost all the lanes were available for checking out and there was a great selection of all the other products I needed. The flower selection was great as well and I was able to get in and out of the store very quickly.
