The first time we used his service it was great, he told us up front the cost of replacement parts and gave us time to decide to replace or repair. We decided to repair. The second time not so great, he came in and started working without any mention of cost. When he was done, he had only fixed half the problem and we got handed a bill of $240. Within two weeks it stopped working completely. I will admit this is partially because the fridge was manufactured poorly, but if I was only paying for a temporary repair I wish I would have been advised upfront so I could use the money towards a new fridge rather than a two week repair. When we called the "24 hour service" about it not working again, we never heard back. We ended up purchasing a new fridge. 5 days later the repair man showed up unannounced and said he would suggest getting a new fridge.
