Rene installed a new sump pump and back up system for me. He was professional, showed up on time, and left my home the way it was before his team arrived. Great service, and great people. Very impressed.
Called for an emergency leak...they arrived promptly, were polite and left the area clean, even though it was a nasty dirty job. Shower drain still leaking, they came back and wanted to put a bigger trap in. But that would mean cutting into the joists overhead. I didn't want that, so they put adhesive around the trap, and it's leaking just as much. Sorry, searching for another plumber now. They also sent me a bill for $400.00
Came to fix my wall furnace. No issues. prompt, clean and polite.
