We go here a lot after church. Never a long wait. Food is always fantastic. Large portions so come hungry. Prices are very reasonable. The decor is kind of outdated but its been around forever! Servers are usually nice. Some older ones can be a little not so pleasant at times. The lady at cash is always super nice. We always have to bring the left overs home. Next day the food is just as good. Chicken parmigiana is my favourite and you get lots of choices of sides.
Great family restaurant. Food is excellent and large portions. Come hungry. Staff are very friendly and the service is great. I would highly recommend Green Acres to anyone. I always get the fish and chips. Best fish in the Niagara region. I have tried the fish at several restaurants in the Niagara region and none can compare to Green Acres.
Roast beef and Turkey platters are huge and delicious. Very affordable. Great place.
Very nice meal. I had the 3 cheese ravioli and enjoyed that with the sauce...it had a nice taste. The fish and chips meal was a good size and came with 2 sides. The liver and onions were a hit at the table and lastly the meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy were enjoyed. Our server was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The environment is really cozy with old school art and knick knacks spread around.
Visited from out of town. Very friendly people and small town cozy feel. Reasonable prices and lots of food in each meal! My wife and daughter split the chicken parmesan and I had the small portion fish and chips and couldn't eat it all. My son had the fried shrimp, and I tried one. It was one of the best I'd had: tender and moist, with a crisp breading. Everything was great including the service, and we had a very pleasant meal. Highly recommend to anyone local or travelling through the area!
